Admission Enquiry

Procure the prospectus and register your ward

Procure the prospectus from the school office between 9.00 am and3.00 pm in the first week on December every year.. It can either be collected personally or a proxy can be deputed to collect the same on your behalf. The set of forms (in the prospectus) need to be submitted with necessary documents for registration. On submission of the registration form to the front desk of the school, necessary information shall be intimated to you.

Online Registration Facility

Please log on to http://www.svpsbesacampuscare.in for availing online registration facility. Please furnish the details requested. Please click the payment and registration option for completing the online registration process. On successful completion of the procedure, a confirmation mail will be sent to you. The parent must visit the school front office (with the online generated receipt which also has the registration number) to complete the pre admission formalities beyond which necessary information shall be intimated to you by the front office.

Documents required for Registration

  1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (for classes)
  2. Photocopy of Report Card of previous class (for classes II onwards)

Interaction Schedule

On submission form, date & time of interaction will be intimated. On the day of interaction, child has to visit the school along with both the parents at the scheduled allotted time.

Admission

After successful interaction, ward would be granted provisional admission and will have to complete the balance process and deposit the fees within the given time. The admission shall be considered as provisional till such time all the relevant documents are submitted and the process is completed within the given stipulated time

Documents Required for Admission

  1. Original Birth Certificate. Original Birth Certificate will be returned after verification.
  2.  Original Transfer Certificate (from class II onwards).

 

Fee Rules

1) Fees Once Paid Will Not Be Refunded Under Any Circumstances.

2) It is the responsibility of the parents to remit fees on time. No separate circular will be issued for intimation.

3) Fee  payment is to be made in Cash/ Cheque by ‘A/c Payee Cheques’ only, in favour of  “St. Vincent Pallotti School, Besa” for Admission Fees, Term Fees and Tuition Fees.

4) Rs. 500/- will be charged against dishonour of cheque irrespective of the reason. All subsequent payments should be made in Card/DD.

5). The fees must be deposited at the school office between 8.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m(Mon.  to  Fri.) & Sat. 8.00 a.m. to 11.30  a.m.

6). Parents can send fee through child by way of cheque or DD only.

7). Online payment can be done using Credit card/Debit card/Netbanking through the website www.svpsbesacampuscare.in. By doing so you could download and print the fee slip at your end.

8) ADMISSION FEE is charged at the time of admission once for entire schooling. Its a one-time payment and there will be no subsequent admission fees in the coming years.

9) TERM FEE is charged annually for the two terms together and is to be paid before 31st May every year.

10) TUITION FEES must be paid on or before 15th of each quarter as mentioned in the fee card.

11) A fine of Rs. 50 per month will be charged for the late payment. However, a student who fails to pay the fees for three consecutive months is struck off from the rolls.

12) There will be an increase of 10-15 % in the fee structure once in two years as per Maharashtra Fee Regulation Act.

Note

  1. All dues should be cleared before the declaration of result..
  2. Non – Payment of school fee for one quarter will result in automatically striking off the child’s name from the school rolls. Fresh admission will have to be sought on payment of re-admission fees.
